About Cosmetic Surgery Clinics AU
Cosmetic Surgery Clinics AU is an independent directory of cosmetic surgery, non-surgical cosmetic, and dermatology practices operating across Australia. We built it because existing options were either testimonial-heavy comparison sites — which breach AHPRA's 2023 cosmetic surgery advertising guidelines — or thin syndicated listings that resold your enquiries to whoever paid the most.
What we do
We catalogue AHPRA-registered cosmetic clinics and surgeons, organise them by city and procedure, and publish evidence-grounded guides on cost, recovery, and how to choose a practitioner safely. Every clinic profile makes it clear whether we have independently verified the listing or whether the entry is still based on public directory data.
What we won't do
- Resell your enquiries to third parties.
- Display patient testimonials or before/after imagery on surgical procedure pages.
- Take payment in exchange for pretending an unverified listing is verified.
- Use urgency, time-limited "deals", or discount language for surgical procedures.
How we make money
Free listings are free forever. Premium listings pay a flat monthly fee for priority placement, extended content, and verification — see our For clinics page for details. We don't run display ads or affiliate links within editorial content.
Data sources
Initial listings are seeded from publicly-available business directory data and manually reviewed against category and naming signals. We are working through manual AHPRA verification for practitioners based on the official register. Clinics marked with an "Unverified" badge have not yet completed that check — please do your own verification before any clinical decision.
