By using Cosmetic Surgery Clinics AU you accept these terms. Please read them carefully — they include important limits on the information we publish and the role we play as an information directory.

1. No medical advice

All content on this website is general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures carry risks. Always seek the advice of a qualified, AHPRA-registered medical practitioner before making any decision about treatment. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of anything you have read on this site.

2. Directory listings

We publish clinic and practitioner information gathered from publicly-available sources and from the clinics themselves. While we check listings against the AHPRA register, we cannot guarantee the ongoing accuracy of every detail. Listings marked "Unverified" have not yet been independently confirmed by our editorial team. You must make your own checks before attending a clinic or engaging a practitioner — including confirming their current AHPRA registration on the official register.

3. Enquiries to clinics

When you send an enquiry through our form, your contact details are forwarded only to the clinic you select. Cosmetic Surgery Clinics AU is not a party to any subsequent communication, engagement, or treatment relationship between you and the clinic. We do not receive commission on, or otherwise benefit from, any treatment you arrange as a result of an enquiry.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content or clinic data from the site for commercial use.
• Submit enquiries on behalf of another person without their consent, or submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or circumvent access controls.

5. Clinic responsibilities

Clinics that claim a listing warrant that the information they provide is accurate, that the named practitioners are currently registered with AHPRA to perform the procedures listed, and that listing content supplied to us complies with the AHPRA advertising guidelines. We may suspend or remove a listing at any time if we believe these warranties are not being met.

6. Intellectual property

Editorial content, site design, and code are © Cosmetic Surgery Clinics AU. You may link to our pages freely. For any reuse beyond standard quotation under fair-dealing provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), please contact us.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmetic Surgery Clinics AU excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on any information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those in the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
