"I’ve had such a beautiful experience here. Lola is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to explain everything so clearly, which has helped me feel confident not only in my treatments but also in my home care routine. What I appreciate most is that I never feel any pressure - she doesn’t try to “sell” me anything, and I always feel like recommendations are truly in my best interest. It makes such a difference. I feel completely comfortable and looked after at every appointment. I’m so grateful to be in her care and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you Lola + The Team at Aesthete 🙏🏼 ✨"

"I’ve been to Aesthete twice— first for an acne treatment and more recently for me and my partner’s first Botox session. On both occasions, Lola and Nurse Raquel were excellent. What stood out to me, though, was the lack of follow up. During both visits, reception mentioned that “their team would check in in two weeks time to see how things went”, but we never really heard anything back. May seem like a small detail, but for me, it reflects how much a clinic values ongoing care versus just the initial transaction. The treatments themselves were okay, but the overall experience feels a bit transactional, lacking that continuity and relationship-building that makes you want to return. I’d honestly rather go somewhere more affordable that delivers similar results while also making the effort to build a genuine relationship with their clients. :)"

About this listing
Aesthete Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast
Aesthete Sunshine Coast is a non-surgical practice in Maroochydore, a suburb of Sunshine Coast in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Sunshine Coast is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
