"Tracy, the reception lady is extremely rude And made my experience horrible. She was uncooperative and had such an attitude. I’m sure the rest of the staff are lovely, but I didn’t get an opportunity to see for myself as I was so put off by Tracy’s attitude that I didn’t want to go through with my original appointment anymore. -also it won’t let me respond to her response however the narrative she’s trying to spin isn’t true because I initially did call back for the appointment. I said I was going to be running 10 minutes late as I was having car issues and I asked if it was still worth coming if I was gonna be late to wish you replied don’t bother. I asked again to double confirm as obviously I didn’t want to lose the $50 I had put as a down payment. Tracy told me do not bother if I couldn’t come exactly on time so I didn’t. I was even more upset when she had the audacity to call me back 10 minutes later and ask if I was still coming. I broke down crying hysterically as I said to her. Why would you ask if I was coming when you just told me not to bother if I couldn’t make it exactly on time. I felt like she was playing a sick joke on me honestly don’t even know why she’s a receptionist if she has no communication skills."

About this listing
All About Face Cosmetics in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast
All About Face Cosmetics is a non-surgical practice in Surfers Paradise, a suburb of Gold Coast in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Gold Coast is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
