"I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and honestly I regret wasting so much time. Dr Sandra treats patients like a money pot, not actual people who need help. Every appointment is rushed, she just wants you in and out as fast as possible with no real care or effort to actually fix anything. I waited over an hour today just to be seen for 5 minutes. She will just right you a script without any deep diving into your skin concerns. Well after 6 dumb years that’s script still doesn't work, When I tried to say it wasn’t working I just got brushed off & she got angry. She then told me there’s nothing more she can do, which after all this time is disgusting… I actually left today’s appointment in tears because of how dismissive and cold she was, she honestly couldn’t care less about her patients. & that’s is very upsetting. The only good part about this place is the receptionist, she was the only one who showed any compassion or actually cared. Overall just really disrespectful and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend so called DR Sandra to ANYONE!"

"Love the UVB treatment. The team listened to my desire not to use steroids and I was able to treat my psoriasis with the UVB. It’s easy to come in to have my treatments."

About this listing
Central Dermatology Clinic Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast
Central Dermatology Clinic Sunshine Coast is a dermatology practice in Maroochydore, a suburb of Sunshine Coast in QLD. Dermatology practices that offer cosmetic services are regulated under the same general AHPRA framework and may also offer skin cancer screening, medical dermatology and prescription-only treatments alongside cosmetic procedures.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Sunshine Coast is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Specialist Dermatologists complete a minimum of twelve years of medical and surgical training, including a four-year accredited training program overseen by the Australasian College of Dermatologists. The "Specialist Dermatologist" title is protected under AHPRA registration. When a dermatology practice offers cosmetic services alongside medical dermatology, the same specialist standards apply.
