"Extremely unprofessional - I would not recommend this business to anyone. I had an awful experience here with Tiffany a few years ago which has left permanent damage. When I raised my concerns, she dismissed it as something minor without acknowledging the lasting impact it would have. Also the owner, Ellen was not very understanding with the situation and she came across as dismissive and unwelcoming of my concerns."

"Anika is the best! The rest of the staff are also super friendly! I've been seeing more results from this laser for my hormonal hair growth than with any other laser clinic! Thank you so much!!! 😊"

"I’ve been receiving treatments from Sey for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Sey always made sure I felt comfortable and created a pleasant experience every time. The team at City Laser Clinic is also very welcoming. I highly recommend Sey and City Laser Clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and service."

"I had a great experience with Ellen and her team at City Laser Clinic for freckle pigmentation removal. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, well informed and genuinely cared for. The clinic has such a calm, professional atmosphere and it’s clear the team really prioritises client comfort and results. A special mention to Alicia, who did most of my treatments — she was absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable, gentle, and reassuring, and always took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable throughout. I always felt I was in very safe hands. I’m so grateful to Ellen and the whole team and couldn’t recommend City Laser Clinic more highly."

About this listing
City Laser Clinic in Sydney, Sydney
City Laser Clinic is a non-surgical practice in Sydney, a suburb of Sydney in NSW. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Sydney is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in NSW, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
