"I’ve always been so nervous about getting laser, but I finally took the plunge at Cosmetic & Laser Clinic Coolangatta and I honestly don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Bonnie was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and was so supportive throughout the whole appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares. If you’re feeling nervous like I was, I can’t recommend Bonnie enough. She truly made the entire experience such a positive one. I’m so glad I finally did it."

"Terri is the best…always happy, smiling and positive. From our first appointment, Terri has been kind and caring and I have seen some great results from the laser treatments. Thanks for everything Terri. I look forward to seeing the before and after photos at our review appointment next month."

"After permanently scarring my face and causing hyperpigmentation from their own malpractice they told me they would offer some free treatments to correct their mistake but when I went there they charged my card. Terrible terrible business. I am having to dispute the transaction with my bank"

About this listing
Cosmetic & Laser Clinic Coolangatta in Coolangatta, Gold Coast
Cosmetic & Laser Clinic Coolangatta is a non-surgical practice in Coolangatta, a suburb of Gold Coast in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Gold Coast is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
