"I can’t even put in to words enough how happy I am with what Sheila has done for me. My lips have always been long and thin. I’ve had filler for 8 years. I didnt realise until this year migration is a thing. Sheila topped me up and did my Botox which she was a master at! And recommended I dissolve my lips and start again. So I did. She deflated me and refilled me and she gave me shape again! I had an accident a couple of years ago where my lip bust open. I have a ruined Cupid’s bow and I’m so sad about it. I’m still a bit shocked that Sheila managed to shape my lips naturally and to create the lip line and give me a cupids bow again. She really listens and also explains what her approach is going to be. I just can’t recommend her enough!!!"

"Had been a member and I accumulated $33 for anti-wrinkle and it expired even though I had gone in for a review 2 months before the expiry date of these points and I was charged money at this appointment and my accumulated points could have been redeemed Clearly I wasn’t told or even notified of these points or I would have used them. They were going to expire and they said to me I need to become a member again or they can’t be used and stated that if I became a member again I could use the points. Why wasn’t I offered at my review appointment? It’s not about the client here it’s about making money. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Yes it is only $33 in points but it’s the customer care that matters most here."

About this listing
Esteem Clinic in Bundall, Gold Coast
Esteem Clinic is a non-surgical practice in Bundall, a suburb of Gold Coast in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Gold Coast is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
