"The worst service ever experienced in my life. Don't make the mistake to pay in advance to catch a good promotion because they are not reliable at all. They cancel the appointment continously, if you are lucky with one hour of anticipation, literally when you are already there. A skin treatment to be efficient has to be followed a regular schedule and not be postponed months as they are doing. In addition they never answered to mails or never returning phone calls, neither when thay have to reschedule appointments. Last time, after the last not advised cancellation, I have insisted to speak with one of their managers and magically they are never there. They give me an email where to write and obviously no answer. I will definitely open a claim in ACT consumer rights to ask a full refund of the packages bought and I invite the other person affected by their inefficiency to do the same."

About this listing
Laser Clinics Australia - Canberra Centre in Canberra, Canberra
Laser Clinics Australia - Canberra Centre is a non-surgical practice in Canberra, a suburb of Canberra in ACT. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page β including contact details, opening hours, and any photos β is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking β the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Canberra is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in ACT, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway β consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up β rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures β injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments β must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book

- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?

- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include β consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
