"Spoke with Tayla from the clinic. After assessing my skin & acne she suggested a few products to help heal my skin - cleanser, exfoliant & moisturiser. After consistent, daily use, this is my skin after 1 month. Noticeably huge difference. We are seeing results !!!! We are on our way!! Thankyou Tayla!!!! Xxx"

"Obsessed with MD Cosmetics - they just get it! I have regular face treatments with Livia who is amazing, calm and talks you through the whole process. I also get my anti wrinkle done with the team and trust their knowledge and expertise. Thanks MD!"

"I canβt recommend Mel at MD Cosmetic and Skin Clinic highly enough! I suffer from chronic migraines and have recently started receiving Botox injections into my scalp, neck and shoulders through my neurologist. As a result, the top part of my forehead became quite relaxed, and my neurologist suggested I see an experienced cosmetic injector to help balance my facial appearance. Seeing Mel was the best decision I could have made. She was absolutely amazing β knowledgeable, understanding, and incredibly skilled. Her experience in working with cases like mine really shows in the results she achieved. She has beautifully balanced my face while keeping everything looking natural, and I couldnβt be happier with the outcome. Iβm so grateful for her expertise and care. Iβll now be seeing Mel two weeks after every neurology appointment so she can work her magic. Thank you, Mel!"

About this listing
MD Cosmetic and Skin Clinic Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast
MD Cosmetic and Skin Clinic Sunshine Coast is a non-surgical practice in Maroochydore, a suburb of Sunshine Coast in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page β including contact details, opening hours, and any photos β is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking β the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Sunshine Coast is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway β consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up β rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures β injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments β must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book

- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?

- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include β consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
