"I have been going to the MUSE clinic for a number of years. Dr Lowe is clearly very experienced in this area which means he recommends treatments that are suitable for you as an individual patient. This leads to excellent results which look very natural. Highly recommended!"

"BE CAREFUL – PLEASE READ MY REVIEW DO NOT VISIT ANY CLINIC WITHOUT MAKING SURE THEY ARE THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU. I am sharing my personal experience to help others make an informed decision. I underwent a skin booster treatment at this clinic and Dr. Lowe advised and recommended to me to have skin booster treatment. I had the skin booster treatment with nurse named Liz. Unfortunately, my skin condition worsened significantly following the procedure. I developed noticeable bumps, scarring, and a loss of my skin’s natural glow and my face became so slim and loss of volume. My overall appearance declined instead of improving. The emotional impact of this experience has been very distressing. I lost confidence, avoided going out, and even had to postpone important personal events, including my wedding. I have also incurred additional financial costs seeking corrective treatments from other practitioners. I spent a lot of money on treating my skin. I also felt uncomfortable with how the treatment was handled and how my concerns were addressed afterwards. I did not feel adequately reassured or supported during this process. The skin booster procedure was performed by Nurse Liz. Following the treatment, I experienced a significant worsening in my skin condition such as bumps and loss of volume and glow. In my personal opinion, the treatment I received did not appear suitable for my condition, and I did not feel confident in the level of expertise provided. This is based solely on my individual experience. Since then, I have had to consult other medical professionals in an attempt to address the damage to my skin. This situation has been deeply upsetting, and I felt dissatisfied with both the communication and overall care provided. I strongly encourage others to carefully research and consider their options before proceeding with treatments. I am currently seeking further advice regarding this matter and considering making a formal complaint. I have documented my experience thoroughly, including photos and medical follow-ups, and I am currently seeking further advice regarding this matter. I am open to resolving this matter appropriately; however, I am also prepared to escalate it through the relevant regulatory and legal channels if necessary. I intend to pursue my legal rights respectfully. This review reflects my personal experience."

"I‘ve had great experiences at Muse. I’ve undergone peels, laser and a whole bunch of other skin treatments since my first appointment at their Chatswood clinic a couple years ago. I have also used their Ultraceuticals’ products and will continue to do so for a very long time. I’ve since noticed unclogged pores, lightened blemishes, long term clearance of hormonal breakouts and an overall improvement in the appearance of my skin. The clinic itself is also just so chic - the carefully curated interior creates a calm atmosphere that makes a visit feel effortlessly feminine and deeply therapeutic. While patients normally have a favourite staff member at other clinics, having been treated for years by numerous employees at Muse, I can attest to not only the consistent professionalism but also warmth and attentiveness of their customer service."

About this listing
MUSE Clinic Crows Nest in Crows Nest, Sydney
MUSE Clinic Crows Nest is a non-surgical practice in Crows Nest, a suburb of Sydney in NSW. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Sydney is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in NSW, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
