"I had a DMK facial with Chloe, and she was absolutely amazing ✨ Her knowledge and technique were perfect! she tailored every product specifically to my melasma concerns. You can truly see how passionate she is about her work. Chloe is incredibly professional, yet warm and captivating at the same time. I loved my treatment, and I’ll be doing my best to see her at least once a month 💕 Highly recommend!"

"I clearly stated in my online form a couple of days before my appointment that I’m taking isotretinoin, yet no one contacted me beforehand. I made a special trip into the city and spent 2.5 hours commuting in total for this appointment. I arrived, got changed, and was already on the treatment bed when they told me they couldn’t proceed due to their policy. For context, I had already checked with my dermatologist, who confirmed that laser treatment is okay for me, and I’ve had laser treatments before without any issues. However, if this is your clinic’s policy, that’s completely fine. But this should have been communicated before my appointment, not after I had already arrived and prepared for treatment. Is my time not valuable? This was a complete waste of my time. Poor communication."

"Clinic has Cynosure Elite iQ with Alexandrite (755nm) for light hairs. There will be a result. How fast depends on the level of competency of cosmetologist who won't burn your skin but use powerful enough settings to get a result. Also, if cosmetologist will not skip pieces of skin and be meticulous."

About this listing
Simply Laser Skin Clinic in Brisbane City, Brisbane
Simply Laser Skin Clinic is a non-surgical practice in Brisbane City, a suburb of Brisbane in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Brisbane is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
