"Received a voicemail saying that my appointment that was a part of a package that I already paid for was cancelled and that another company would be in touch to book with them. No explanation, no apology and have not heard from this other company whom I have no info on anyway. When I choose a company to provide a service it’s because I’ve done my research and choose accordingly. When you pay for a service that has follow up appointments (that are required for optimal results no less) they must be followed through or a partial refund should be offered. It is under consumer law that you need to provide all services that are in a prepaid package. Not to mention, on the day I was advised to receive decent results I would need to pay $100 extra for a deeper treatment. Being made aware that this is possibility prior to my appointment (depending on consultation) would have been a good heads up."

"Disappointed my experience with snatched ended like it did. My first session was great, staff lovely - next thing i know my 2nd session was cancelled 2 days prior to my appt with a text saying they’d closed. No refund, nothing. Left a very very bad taste in my mouth. Very shady."

"Extremely disappointed. Will take your money for 2 sessions and they say they are permanently shutting down with no further response."

"I am leaving this negetive review based purely on the fact my upcoming appointment (part of a package I'd already paid for) was cancelled with NO COMMUNICATION as to why, or attempt to reschedule. I tried calling multiple times during the week to no avail, and with no call back (voice msgs left each time). I just now tried to send them a DM via facebook (how I found them in the first place= ad)- which only resulted in 'couldn't send' 📵 Which obviously made me concerned, and to look into further.. Their Facebook page hours now says they're 'permanently closed', yet this Google profile doesn't reflect the same, and is clearly still active 🤷♀️ I can only assume something has happened & they've 'closed their doors' & business down 😟 The fact they just cancelled their clients upcoming appointments with NO EXPLANATION- I find extremely disrespectful, above the dissapointment, inconvenience & incomplete treatment (loss of $). What makes this even more disheartening, is the fact I was REALLY happy with my first appointment, my therapist Ruby, and the professionalism & presentation of the clinic (there definitely weren't any alarm bells or 🚩indicating the business was in trouble or that they were anticipating a closure in the near future). I hope you girls are all ok? Concerned & upset, Jill"

About this listing
Snatched Clinic Gold Coast in Labrador, Gold Coast
Snatched Clinic Gold Coast is a non-surgical practice in Labrador, a suburb of Gold Coast in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Gold Coast is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
