"I have been going for 4 years now for Laser hair removal, quite the regular for maintenance. The service is great, they take care of your needs and ensure it's done perfectly. I had an amazing experience with Rose who works at the Queens Plaza Brisbane clinic, she really takes an extra step and effort to understand where you need more attention. I was certainly impressed when she did my face and stopped to apply laser aid as she could see my face was red than usual. She also asked if I was alright to proceed and if I needed to reduce the intensity of the laser. I highly recommend asking for Rose for your service if she is available. Not to demean the others, the other girls who I have consulted with are absolutely wonderful too. Each one has their own style, have great conversations and address your needs."

"This is the third time I’ve had a poor experience with this clinic. I booked my appointment online and was asked to confirm it beforehand, but when I arrived, I was told there was no availability. I ended up either having to rebook or wait between one and two hours, which is completely unacceptable. The online booking system clearly doesn’t work, as they accept appointments they cannot honor. On top of that, they don’t offer a refund when they’re unable to see you at the confirmed time. This shows a lack of organization and consideration for clients’ time. After three similar experiences, I cannot recommend this place. They need to improve their appointment management and provide proper solutions when they cannot meet confirmed bookings."

About this listing
Laser Clinics Australia - Queens Plaza in Brisbane City, Brisbane
Laser Clinics Australia - Queens Plaza is a non-surgical practice in Brisbane City, a suburb of Brisbane in QLD. Non-surgical cosmetic clinics provide procedures such as injectables, energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments. These services are governed by AHPRA advertising guidelines and the relevant scope-of-practice rules for the treating practitioner.
All information on this page — including contact details, opening hours, and any photos — is sourced from publicly available business directory data and the practice's own published material. This profile has not yet been independently verified by our editorial team. If you are the practice owner, you can claim the listing to confirm details and update copy. Always confirm a treating practitioner's registration directly on the AHPRA register before booking — the public register is the authoritative source for current registration status, specialist endorsements, and any conditions, undertakings or restrictions on practice.
Brisbane is one of the larger cosmetic-care markets in QLD, with practices ranging from Specialist Plastic Surgeons (FRACS) operating in licensed day-hospitals through to non-surgical clinics in suburban shopfronts. When comparing practices, consider where surgery is actually performed, whether the anaesthetist is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) where applicable, and what the clinic's written revision policy looks like. Quotes should cover the full pathway — consultation, surgical fee, anaesthetist fee, hospital fee, garments and standard follow-up — rather than a single headline figure.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures — injectables, laser and energy-based devices, peels and skin treatments — must still be carried out by an appropriately registered practitioner working within their scope of practice. Schedule 4 prescription products (which include most cosmetic injectables) require a consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner and an individual prescription for that patient. Reasonable practices document the practitioner providing the prescription, the practitioner administering the treatment, and the dose given.
Questions to ask before you book
- Who is the treating practitioner, and what is their AHPRA registration number?
- Which procedures does the practice perform on-site versus referring out?
- For prescription products, who provides the prescription and who administers the treatment?
- What is the protocol if you have an adverse event after a treatment?
- What follow-up is included in the quoted price?
- What does the full quote include — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and any garments or aftercare products?
- Are you given written information to take home before consenting to a procedure?
